Scientific Activities and Roles
In cardiovascular surgery, knowledge is produced not only in the operating theatre but also in the congress hall. Since my residency training I have regularly followed national and international meetings, both to learn and to share with my colleagues the experience we have accumulated in our clinic; I take part as a speaker, panellist, moderator and course instructor, particularly in the fields of endovascular aortic treatment, peripheral arterial intervention and venous disease.
